Lunches on Fridays Just Got Easier! EFT Council is very pleased to announce that Lunch Lady will be providing a variety of healthy HOT and COLD lunches at affordable prices to our students on Fridays. Paper orders can be returned to the school or parents can order on-line at www.lunchlady.ca Lunch Lady lunches are designed as Boomerang (Litterless) Lunches, which is a concept designed to help reduce the garbage and recycling load at schools. In a bag provided with each lunch, students are encouraged to take the recyclable, compostable and garbage home, for proper sorting (i.e.: foil containers, compostable utensils). NOTE: Please make sure to tie the plastic bag in a knot to avoid leakage. Also, please make your children aware of the health risks of eating leftover foods that have not been kept cold throughout the day!
